Anger & Violance

I was abused as a child by my father the man used to hit me almost every day and put me down calling me crazy, I got marry and I found out that my husband was cheating on me and I hit him, punched him, bite him and tried to make him lose his job, now after 11 years I found somebody else and he also cheated on me and once again I hit him, punched him, scratch his car & stole his phone, I am afraid because when I am in pain I get so out of control that my anger takes over, my fear is that one day this is going to make me do something really bad.

Please pray that God will take away my anger and help me heal.
