deliverance frm mortal sin

Dear Jesus,

I have committed a mortal sin. The more I fight to be away from it, I end up into it and the sad part is the memory of your suffering does not come to my mind when I am doing it.

Please touch my life and heal me of this disease. Help me be away from it. I beg of you, please don't punish me, but deliver me for ever from this sin, that I would prefer death rather than doing it and being away from you.

Please forgive me and don't punish me. I am very scared of the consequences. I want to be away from it and worldly life.

Please Jesus hear my prayer
