drugstore to be sold to a good and understanding buyer

I'm selling my drugstore business so I can pay for my credits, I had a prospect buyer who is interested but the price she like is below the price of my drugstore but its okey with me as long as she will pay for the initial stocks given by the agents to me , pray for her that she me understand and have a humble heart not to complain, please pray for us that we may arrive to a good conversation as we close the deal tomorrow or sunday, in Jesus name...
