Fear and anxiety

I am fearful and anxious about a home project to be done this coming weekend. I am worried about conflict with sibling regarding same, the cost; for my niece for a successful outcome to surgery and good outcome to biopsy; for improved work conditions; Thanksgiving. For my grief and ongoing anxieties in addition to above. Thank you.
