I hope I can go back to work in U.A.E,

I came home for a vacation last july 14 and and I supposed to return after One month,Ihad a problem regarding my mother I cannot leave her because she cannot manage the difficulties.iwas confused If should go and comeback to work in u.a.e.now Im suffering to much Ihope Ican find a way to come back...please Help me to enligthen my mind and to give a chance to work again.PLEASE HELP ME
