OCD and Spirituality

I have OCD and suffer with sexual images from past experiences. I have since
turned away from this sin but still suffer from the memories. I pray everyday but don't feel any closer to God. I even suffer with Scrupulosity which makes it
even worse. Please pray for me that I may endure this daily torture, and keep these thoughts away.
