Please Help Heal and reduce my Goiter

I have a mild thyroid condition called hypothyroidism. I have been dealing with it since 2005. I have a goiter on the left/front of my neck. It has grown slightly since I first noticed it in 2005. I am not sure how or why I have this goiter. I am still a young woman and wish to be married to start a family. With the goiter, I am not very attractive to men. My Prayer request is to Please heal me of this goiter. I would very be happy if it were a lot small and almost unnoticeable.
