Prayer Request for a Girl at Work

Please help us pray for a girl at work who is completely overwhelmed by all the work being thrown at her and for her supervisor who promised to help her. He has gone wishy washy and pulled back on his help because of his personal problems. May God soften his heart to bring out his kind side and fulfill his promise to help when he committed her to a project. She just wants to do her job well so God can get the glory and she is being prevented from doing so by the lack of help from this supervisor.
