Problems at workplace

I am working in a bank. For the last 2 years my performance was very good and i earned millions for the bank and was awarded super performer award. However this year i have been transferred to another desk which i am still learning and not able to cope up properly as i am not getting proper guidance from my colleagues due to which my performance has gone down and despite my sincere efforts i am unable to perform as per my bosses expectations and have incurred few losses also, due to which my bosses are very angry and upset with me. Please pray as i am under lot of stress and depressed and need help to improve my performance.
