son/spine injury-great pain

son has had 4 operations on spine/disabled inasmuch as he cannot work/relies on pain killers/lost his job/no money/2children to support--wife is tired of sickly husband/doesn't look like she will stick out this marriage--please pray for Doug--needs God's help
