Transportation Issues

I want a car to travel back and forth to my doctor appointments and do my weekly and monthly errands. At present I am not in a position to buy a car but I have heard about people that help people with vehicles when they need to get back and forth to work. I have to rely on public transportation and it is not always reliable as many people have to rely on it and sometimes things happen where I am late for medical appointments. This causes me to have to pay for the missed appointments and I can't afford to do that. Besides being unable to afford to purchase transportation at present I don't have any drivers license either and the Lord knows about that situation. I pray that HE Blesses me with drivers license and then a vehicle. Thank You.
