my job ,relation with boss and debts

my boss naresh kotak was very happy with my work first now a days he keeps on shouting for small small things and insults me like anything he tells me my mentality is like a clerk and i am not interested in my job am 57 years old and require job have got financial debts of 8lakhs plus one lakh on credit card no savings or support office is full of politics am fed up everyone is back stabbing and trying to throw me out am very frightened have faith in god but at times i am confusede
