Post Surgery blues NEW

Recently had surgery and am healing fine physically. However I am experiencing anxiety, some panic attacks, not sleeping too well , negative thoughts as I grapple to put my life back together again. My doctor told me that people do get anxiety etc after surgery which he described as a delayed reaction to the operation itself. He did not prescribe any medication and told me to become more active etc. I agree with his diagnosis.

I believe the Virgin will help me through my present crisis and will recover fully. Thank You
